Members of AAPD--We Want Your Opinion! 

Please take 5-10 minutes to fill out this brief survey. A team of researchers at the University of Michigan has partnered with the AAPD to develop a short “snapshot” survey of people with disabilities. We want to learn more about you and your experiences!
