I'm not a big fan of the overall package as the debt added to the national debt is not good long term.

There is one absolutely CRUCIAL element missing from the Affordable Health Care Act. Doctors/hospitals/et al should be paid for *results*, not *service*. All of us who have suffered from chronic illnesses which the incompetent minority of doctors couldn't diagnose or treat, understand precisely why this is so. There just aren't any consequences for misdiagnosis, incorrect treatment, iatrogenic infections, etc. etc. etc. If diagnosis and treatment didn't involve being handed off from doctor to doctor, costs would come down and we could afford the Affordable Health Care Act.

Debt, cut in services (especially for elderly and pwd), increased bureaucracies, death panels (yes they are still in there), empty promises. It's all there for you to read. (your representative in congress won't.) That light at the end of the tunnel ain't yer hope and change comin'...
