Ric

I wish that instead of blindly following (I doubt that these organizations have "reviewed hundreds of Judge Sotomayor’s decisions...") they would consider the ramifications of their actions. A Supreme Court Justice should be looking at the facts, not interpreting the findings based upon her feelings. I would appreciate the comments in the letter if she were running for congress, but saying she should be confirmed because she has a disability is an insult to people with disabilities.

John Smith

Ric is write and notice how none of the groups that have people with lerning disabilities have signed this becuase Sotomayer wrote on the side of the decision against Ricci in New Haven. Ricci is the guy who paid for tutoring to pass a firefighter test that he passed as did three african american firefighters so it was not race-biassed test.

Disability Tips

I don't think it's a matter of letting emotion decide for her. Sotomayor uses it as motivation to find the facts and dig deeper than someone who might not have that experience. She is clearly qualified for the Supreme Court position.
