American Association of People with Disabilities (AAPD), the country’s largest
cross-disability membership organization, is pleased to announce U.S. Secretary of
Education Arne Duncan will present the keynote speech at AAPD’s ADA

event will be held from 5 to 7 p.m. July 22 at the Hart Senate Building
