GSA Policy Allows Segway Use in Federal Buildings
A bulletin from the U.S. General Services Administration (FMR 2008-B3), dated December 17, was sent to heads of all federal agencies to notify them of GSA's interim policy of permitting individuals with mobility impairments use of Segways in federal buildings under GSA's control.
A final policy will be issued once the effectiveness of the interim policy is evaluated.
